In this role, you will be responsible for business development, building and maintaining client relationships, and generating job requirements through sales activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing candidates to satisfy client’s needs.  Other activities include candidate assessment and behavioral interviews, testing, screening, and reference checks to ensure a proper fit between the client and candidate.

Strong networking and client management skills are required, as well as the ability to achieve set metric goals and deadlines.  A successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for recruiting, high attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.

Other requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years full life cycle Accounting and Finance recruiting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

Base salary plus lucrative commission structure!
